Happy Workout Wednesday!
Today we're bringing you a special leg-day workout that we recorded with Oscar Smith, a celebrity personal trainer in NYC who works with well-known models & athletes like Tom Brady.
This is a basic leg circuit that's great for beginners, and can be expanded on (in terms of reps and sets) for the more advanced. It's especially effective when you wear your Physiclo resistance tights for an extra challenge!
